iTravel Solutions Terms And Conditions



iTravel Solutions is offered exclusively by Halomar, Inc. d/b/a iTravel Solutions ("iTravel Solutions") and Target Travel Companies (the "Company") and/or its various third party providers and distributors. Its offer of such services are conditioned on the user's ("User") acceptance of the terms and conditions set forth herein and on other pages of the iTravel Solutions web site ("Site"). By accessing and using this Site or any of its services, User shall be deemed to have agreed to all the terms, conditions, and notices in this Site ("Agreement") without modification.

TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS

PACKAGES
All goods and services that you reserve and purchase in a Package are being sold to you directly by the suppliers of those goods and services (the "Suppliers"). A Supplier is an airline, hotel, car rental company, any entertainment venue, tour company, restaurant, or other provider of goods or services of a particular Package item or component. In addition to the Package Rules contained in this Agreement, your reservations and purchases are also governed by the terms and conditions of the respective Suppliers. Any claims that you may have with regard to the goods and services purchased or reserved through this Site must be addressed to the Supplier. You expressly release us, its subsidiaries and affiliates, and each such party's respective officers, directors, agents, contractors, or employees, from any and all liability for, resulting from, arising out of, or in any way connected with, any goods or services contained in any Package. You agree to abide by the terms and conditions set by each Supplier, including, but not limited to, observation of check-in/check-out times and compliance with all other Rules and Restrictions related to fares, products, or services. Depending on the individual Supplier, frequent traveler points may or may not be available for any component of a Package. Our Packages must include at least one (1) overnight stay and two (2) travel components (air transportation, hotel accommodations and/or ground transportation). Packages must include at least one adult over the age of 18.

Prices and Availability
Prices and availability are valid only in conjunction with a Package in its entirety and do not apply to any single component thereof. All Package prices, information and taxes are subject to change without notice. PRICES ARE NOT GUARANTEED UNTIL PURCHASE HAS BEEN PAID IN FULL AND A CONFIRMATION E-MAIL MESSAGE HAS BEEN SENT. Adjustments to Package pricing will not be made after payment, nor shall any subsequent price reduction be made retroactive. Prices are subject to change for events beyond control of the Companies and include, without limitation, increases in fuel or establishment of surcharges, departure taxes, tariffs or passenger facility charges. No price change will apply to any Package once it has been paid in full.

Exclusions and Additional Charges
Unless otherwise expressly listed as part of a Package, the Package prices displayed on this Site do not include items such as meals, shows, tours, gratuities, telephone calls, cribs, rollaway beds, infant car seats, liquor, laundry, guest incidentals at hotel or other items of a personal nature not otherwise specified in the quoted prices. Prices may also exclude some fees and surcharges such as resort fees and energy surcharges. Additional charges may apply to the items or services not included in the Package. You are solely responsible for any such additional charges due a Supplier; if you have any questions about such charges, please contact the Supplier directly.

Cancellations and Changes
Most components (airfare, rental car, accommodations and/or activities) comprising our discounted packages do not permit itinerary changes/cancellations/refunds; in those rare cases where a supplier will permit changes, you will be charged change/cancellation/refund fees. No refund will be given for unused or partially used package components. Additional airline, hotel and/or rental car charges incurred as a result of a permitted schedule change/cancellation are not included in a package price. We will not assume liability for any changes in a reservation that are beyond our control and are caused by, due to, or are attributable to a Supplier. You may obtain more information regarding permitted change/cancellation/refunds related to the airline or rental car supplier you select by calling our Customer Service Center at 1-888-284-8280 between the hours of 9:00am-5:30pm EDT, Monday-Friday ONLY. Outside of U.S. and Canada: 00-1-617-783-9900

It is your responsibility to obtain the cancellation, change and/or refund policies of any supplier of accommodations and/or activities.

Permitted Changes/Cancellations/Refunds
Permitted changes or cancellations are solely based on the rules and terms of the package components you select (air, rental car and/or hotel accommodations). For example, a rental car reservation may be changed or cancelled, while an airline and/or hotel reservation may not. Some factors that could impact a permitted change or cancellation could include, but are not limited to, fare rules applicable to your airline reservation, how many days prior to departure the change or cancellation is requested, travel supplier and other fees and penalties related to any permitted change or cancellation, etc. These terms of purchase apply specifically to the itinerary you select and include important details regarding changes, cancellations/refunds, penalties, fees, other terms and restrictions, and more. In general, in order for us to offer our discounted packages, most of our airfares and many of our rental car and hotel suppliers, do not permit itinerary changes or cancellations. However, if the airline, rental car, hotel and/or activity supplier you select does permit a change or cancellation:
(1) You must request the change or cancellation before 12:00noon EDT before the last business day prior to travel.
(2) Changes or cancellations must be for the same number of persons traveling under, and the identical person(s) named on, the original itinerary selected.
(3) Fees for permitted changes/cancellations will vary, based on supplier rate rules, rate type, date of change/cancellation request, dates of travel, etc.:
a. We will charge you a $50 per person non-refundable fee to process any permitted change/cancellation to an air ticket.
b. In most cases, an issuing airline carrier will require you to change/cancel your itinerary prior to your flight, as originally scheduled and to pay a change/cancellation/refund processing fee, including any applicable increase in airfare amount for a re-scheduled flight (the amount will vary by market, dates, the issuing carrier, and your specific airfare rules). Residual values are not refundable should the new fare be lower than the original.
c. In most cases, a rental car and/or hotel supplier will require you to change or cancel your itinerary prior to your travel, as originally scheduled, and/or to pay a change/cancellation penalty.
d. Changes/cancellations for Rental Car, Hotel and/or activities must be made directly with the supplier. If changes/cancellations are permitted by suppliers, fees to do so could range from 10%-100% of the total vacation package price.
Travel to International Destinations
To ensure enjoyable travel to international destinations, learn as much as possible about the country(ies) you intend to visit. In addition to library books, brochures, country Web sites, etc., we encourage you to visit the U.S. Department of State Web site at www.state.gov.
Some countries charge taxes on goods and services, such as a value-added tax (VAT) or goods and services tax (GST). If you visit such a country, you may be eligible for a refund of these taxes under certain conditions; however, since our Packages combine air transportation, hotel accommodations and/or ground transportation in one all-inclusive price, you may not be eligible to file a VAT/GST claim because the discounted travel components comprising our Packages are not priced separately. Contact the foreign embassy or consulate of the country you are visiting for details. Consular travel sheets are available for every country in the world at www.state.gov.
To learn if you qualify for a rebate of Canada's Goods and Services Tax (GST) or the Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) you will pay on accommodation and purchases you make while in Canada, see the brochure entitled Tax Refund for Visitors to Canada, which is available at the Canadian Web site www.ccra.gc.ca/E/pub/tg/rc4031/rc4031-e.html.

Name on Reservations
All reservations must be made in the EXACT name of the person traveling - no nicknames. For international travel the name on the reservation must be EXACTLY as it appears on the traveler's passport.

Ticket Requests
The system cannot hold an airline reservation and airfares are not guaranteed until ticketed. All airfare requests submitted, even if availability displays and a booking number or confirmation code is provided, are requests only. If we are unable to ticket your airfare as requested, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone within 48 hours. If the contact information provided has errors or is incomplete and we are unable to contact you, we are not responsible or liable in any way. If you have attempted to make a reservation and have not received a confirmation e-mail of your request, you must call us at 888-284-8280. Outside of U.S. and Canada: 00-1-617-783-9900. Our office hours are 9:00 am - 5:30 pm ET Monday thru Friday. Tickets or Vacation Packages purchased over the phone will be $25.00 USD (non-refundable) higher than Tickets or Vacation Packages purchased online.

E-Tickets
All of our airline tickets are electronic tickets. When you make your airline reservation request, if an electronic ticket cannot be issued we will ship your paper tickets via FEDEX to the billing address you provide for your credit card. aYou will be charged an additional $20.00 for overnight shipping of your paper tickets, if delivered within the 48 United States. You will be charged an additional $45.00 for overnight shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada. Other International shipping charges are higher.

We will notify you by e-mail if we ship you paper tickets. If the contact information provided has errors or is incomplete and we are unable to contact you, we are not responsible or liable in any way. If you are departing from a city outside of the United States, we do not suggest that you use this system for departures less than five business days from the date you make your reservation. If paper tickets are required, we cannot guarantee that your tickets will be delivered to you prior to your departure date.

Air Ticket Purchase Restrictions
The following restrictions will apply:
All air ticket purchases are final and cannot be cancelled, refunded, or transferred. Air ticket exchanges can seldom be made and will always incur substantial penalties, which may exceed the original cost of the ticket purchased. In most cases, upgrades and standbys will not be permitted.
Many of our discounted tickets do not allow for Frequent Flyer Mileage Accrual. If you do not or can not select your seat assignment online, seat assignments can be made at the airport on the day of departure or by contacting the airline directly.
Tickets will not be sold to unaccompanied minors age 18 and under. Tickets may be purchased for minors age 18 and under; however, they must be accompanied by an adult when traveling. All tickets, even after issuance, are subject to immediate cancellation by iTravel Solutions for any reason deemed valid in its sole and unfettered discretion.
We reserve the right to cancel requests for High Security Risk Areas. All customers are advised to know the entry requirements for the country(ies) to which they are traveling or entering. Reliable information regarding international travel can be found at the web site: travel.state.gov.
iTravel Solutions's sale of tickets to you does not imply any guarantee of passenger's ability to enter the country of destination. Traveler understands that iTravel Solutions takes no responsibility for determining passenger eligibility to enter any specific country.

Certain other restrictions may apply, depending on the circumstances or airline.

Car Rental
The minimum rental period is for one day and each car rental day in a Package consists of a 24-hour period beginning when the car is picked up. No refund will be made for unused rentals, unused or partially used days. Additional charges may apply if the rental car is returned beyond the 24-hour period. Car rental includes charges for one primary driver. Additional drivers may incur a fee. Any additional charges incurred must be paid directly to the car rental company. Fuel, optional collision damage protection, airport imposed taxes/fees, overtime and drop off charges, additional driver or young renter's fee, children's safety seats, and other optional items, if any, are extra. Some airports impose a tax or fee if you choose to exit on a shuttle bus. Additional charges may apply if a rental car is not returned to the city where it originated. The minimum age for renting a car is 25 years. Suppliers may also impose limitations on the areas, states or countries where the vehicle may be driven.

It is your responsibility to confirm age eligibility and permissible driving area directly with the supplier prior to purchase. All renters are required to have a valid driver's license and major credit card in their name. Suppliers reserve the right to refuse any request for rental. All renters must meet standard age, driver, credit and cash rental requirements of the respective Supplier. Driving records may be checked. At the time of rental, drivers must present a valid driver's license and may be subjected to an electronic Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) check with the issuing state department of motor vehicles. In addition, the driver must provide a valid credit card in his/her name at time of booking the car rental reservation. Credit cards with less than $300.00 available credit will not be accepted; debit cards will not be accepted. Credit cards will only be charged for any optional items such as insurance, special equipment, age surcharge, additional driver fees, fuel purchase options, upgrades and charges other than the base price of the car plus tax. Contact the car company for specifics. Credit card companies offer cardholders varying degrees of coverage providing the customer uses their charge card for the rental and declines the optional coverage offered by the car company at time of rental. Some credit card companies do not provide their standard coverage for pre-paid packages since the consumer card does not directly pay for the car rental. Please check with your credit card company if you are relying on this coverage. Coverage will vary so be sure to check specifics with your credit card company prior to the rental. If you choose to decline the car rental company's coverage, you will be responsible for the full value of any damage to the vehicle. Should an accident or damage to the vehicle occur, check first with your personal car insurance carrier before filing a claim with your credit card company.

Hotel
A credit card may be required at the time of hotel check-in. Hotel property amenities are subject to change without notice and at the discretion of the hotel. Hotel Photos are representative only and do not necessarily depict the actual room in which guests will be accommodated. Hotel prices displayed on this Site do not include items such as meals, gratuities, telephone calls, cribs, rollaway beds, infant car seats, liquor, laundry, guest incidentals at hotel or other items of a personal nature not otherwise specified in the quoted prices. Minimum age restrictions may apply for hotel check-in. You must be at least 21 years of age to check-in at a hotel with a casino. To check into a hotel, there must be at least 1 adult over the age of 18 per room, except where state law provides otherwise.

Possible Changes in Itinerary
If the Supplier provides us adequate notice of a change in a scheduled itinerary, we will use good faith efforts to notify you; however, the Companies are not liable for any changes in a reservation that are beyond our control and are caused by, due to, or are attributable to a Supplier. No refund will be given for unused or partially used components due to an airline schedule change. Additional hotel and/or car charges incurred due to schedule changes are not included in the Package price.

Responsibility
The Companies make arrangements with third party vendors for tour and Package services and accommodations, including air transportation, lodging, and car rental. The Companies are not an agent of the customer or of the other parties providing travel related services. By using this Site, the customer waives any claim against the Companies, its subsidiaries or affiliates, and any of such party's officers, directors, agents, contractors, or employees, and expressly agrees that neither Company nor any of its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, contractors or employees, shall be held liable for a) any loss of or damage to property or injury to any person caused by reason of any defect, negligence, or other wrongful act of omission of, or any failure of performance of any kind by any other transportation company, vendor, or Supplier; b) any inconvenience, loss of enjoyment, mental distress or other similar matter; c) any delayed departure, missed connections, substitutions of accommodations, terminations of service, or changes in fares and rates; d) any cancellation or double booking of reservations or tickets beyond the reasonable control of a Company; and e) any claim of any nature arising out of or in connection with air or other transportation, services, or other features performed or occurring in connection with any Package component.

Discounts And Promotions
No promotional discounts, upgrades, vouchers, coupons, frequent traveler awards, gift certificates or other discounts or special offers apply to a Package or any components thereof.

Payment and Sales Tax
Payment in full must be made with a credit card at the time of booking your reservation. You authorize the Companies or an authorized third party to charge the credit card that you provide for the total amount of purchase. You may be required by a Supplier to present a credit card at the time of check-in, rental, or pick up to provide confirmation of authorized card use or to secure any additional charges. The cardholder must be a traveler listed on the reservation.

iTravel Solutions Travel accepts Discover, American Express, Visa, and MasterCard credit cards for all purchases. All payments must be in US Dollars. Current billing address and phone information must be included with every order. Sales Tax will be charged on certain products depending on the shipping address as required by law. Due to the terms and conditions of our various airline contracts, multiple charges may appear on your credit card statement, however the total amount quoted online when you agree to your purchase will be the total amount charged to the credit card. Cancellation, change fees, and shipping fees will be additional.

The user also agrees to the payment of all amounts when due, including additional taxes and fees that may not be included in the quoted fare, and compliance with all rules regarding the availability of fares, products or services to include penalty fees arising from the failure of the purchaser to comply with said rules. Traveler Profile
Travelers provide iTravel Solutions with travel preferences, credit card billing information, and other personal information. This information is primarily used to assist travelers in making reservations. Furthermore, you provide your name, address, telephone number. This information is collected on the registration form for several reasons including: (a) personal identification; (b) to complete travel reservations; (c) to allow us to contact you for member service, if necessary; (d) to customize the content of our site to meet your specific needs; and (e) to make product improvements to iTravel Solutions.

In addition, your email address is collected to send you an email message confirming each reservation you transact online. You may occasionally receive updates from us about fare sales in your area, special offers, new iTravel Solutions services, and other noteworthy news items. However, you may always decline to receive these email messages.

Privacy and Use of Personal Information
You are in complete control of the information you provide to iTravel Solutions and/or its various third party providers and distributors for your travel planning needs. iTravel Solutions and/or its various third party providers and distributors respects and will continue to respect the privacy of members who use this Site.

When you reserve or purchase travel services through iTravel Solutions, information about you is provided to the airline, car rental agency, hotel or other involved third party to ensure the successful fulfillment of your travel arrangements. Occasionally, iTravel Solutions will hire a third party to act on our behalf for projects such as market research surveys and contest entry processing and will provide information to these third parties specifically for use in connection with these projects. The information we provide to such third parties is protected by a confidentiality agreement and is to be used solely for completing the specific project.

Please be aware that iTravel Solutions contains links to other web sites that may collect personally identifiable information about you. When you click on one of these links, you are entering another web site for which iTravel Solutions has no responsibility. Online Surveys
iTravel Solutions values opinions and comments from members, so we occasionally conduct online surveys. These surveys are entirely optional for all members. Typically, the information is aggregated and used to make improvements to iTravel Solutions and to develop appealing content, features and promotions for members. Assignment
You may not assign, convey, subcontract or delegate your rights, duties or obligations hereunder.

Additional terms and conditions may apply to reservations, purchases of goods and services and other uses of portions of this site, and you agree to abide by such other terms and conditions.

Severability
These terms and conditions shall be deemed severable. In the event that any provision is determined to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision shall nonetheless be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

Modification
iTravel Solutions may at any time modify these terms and conditions and your continued use of this site will be conditioned upon the terms and conditions in force at the time of your use.
